Feedback Our Team Got
Hello, dear friends! My name is Denis, and I have completed the CBT course and worked with a psychiatrist of you. Background: I used to be an alcoholic, but I have been sober for 7 years now. I thought that all my problems were due to alcohol, but after quitting drinking for 5 years, I realized that nothing had changed. In fact, things got worse. At some point, I started having suicidal thoughts, and I couldn't understand what I was reading. I had to reread sentences multiple times, and remembering things became a huge problem. Before the war started, I couldn't sleep properly. I would sleep for 3-4 hours and stay awake for the same amount of time, regardless of the time of day. I would lie in bed for three to five days, just staring at the ceiling. I was afraid to go to crowded places: I would buy groceries for a week and stay at home without going outside. If I had to go somewhere using public transportation, for example, by 12 o'clock, I would leave at 6 in the morning to avoid crowds. As for going to the movies, I went only once in 7 years, and that was because I was with friends. I had a constant aggression in completely harmless situations, for no reason. Because of this, I lost my only job, and I was afraid to look for another one. Then the war broke out, and I was left without any means of survival. My second cousin helped me by providing 3000 hryvnias per month. That's how I lived until my relatives insisted that I see a psychiatrist. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and cyclothymia (the younger sister of bipolar disorder), and I was put on the waiting list for a state mental health center. The I reached out to first psychiatrist told me that it would be ideal to undergo CBT alongside pharmacological treatment. As you may remember, my income is 3000 hryvnias, and one session in the market costs between 1500 and 3500 hryvnias. Your team found exceptional specialists for me, and I must say they are amazing both in terms of personal qualities and unquestionable professionalism! Psychiatrist Natalia deserves my utmost respect and gratitude for her responsiveness and approach! Before starting the treatment, she asked me to fill out a questionnaire, or rather, answer a trillion and two sextillion questions on the forms. She was the first specialist who approached me so professionally, enthusiastically, and attentively. She later adjusted my treatment plan. Psychotherapist Marina, my first psychotherapist, listened to me attentively and asked such questions that by answering them, I solved half of the problems in my head! I am extremely grateful to her. And my main specialist, Alina. An incredible CBT specialist! Attentive, meticulous, and very friendly person (After 10 sessions, I started managing my own blog! Going to the stores or using public transportation is no longer a problem for me! Of course, some problems still exist, but the most important thing is that Alina taught me how to work with these problems. She didn't just go through her sessions, but truly guided me towards a normal life and provided me with the tools and instructions to deal with my problems further. They are not as critical as before, but they still exist. Alina, you will forever have my heart. A special thanks to the entire team. The selection of staff is of incredible quality, and the feedback is top-notch. If you have any problems or are afraid to seek help from specialists, let go of your doubts. P.S. I apologize for the lengthy text. Perhaps the team will make some corrections before posting the review. P.S.S. You should know that you are giving a new life to people in need, saving their lives in such difficult conditions. THANK YOU SO MUCH. With love, gratitude, and deep respect, always yours,
